NVC Mediation: Practice with Peers

Each Wednesday Round Robin session: 5pm - 7pm ET One-Chair session: 7:30pm - 9:30pm ET
This is a mediation practice telecircle for those who have taken either Ike Lasater, John Kinyon, or Jim and Jori Manske's mediation classes. Our purpose in this telecircle is to practice mediating conflicts. There are two weekly sessions: (1) The Round-Robin session offers the mediator a 15 minute opportunity and then a debriefing; during this telecircle, there is usually time for four different people to mediate. (2) The second session is a One-Chair practice where one mediator takes the conflict for the entire practice period.
