As the director of Integrated Coaches, Gail supports world-class personal, professional, and spiritual development through coaching, facilitating groups and publishing her writing. With 17 years of research, she integrates dozens of modalities in her personal coaching and workshop facilitation practice. She is the creator of The Integrated Approach™ Coach Certification Program, which combines six categories of tools, distinctions, and practices to facilitate results, growth, and fulfillment.

She founded the NY Nonviolent Communication community, and for three years facilitated ten events per month, working with the Peacemakers Training Institute, mediation with the NYC public school system, and the Bay NVC Leadership Retreats. Certified in MBTI and Covey's 7 Habits, and a member of Phenomenal Coaches Guild, she is inspired to support the evolution of human consciousness at all levels.
